Wiki and moodle
February 3, 2009 — lmurrellMy computer class is beginning a PSA video project. I use Moodle to run the class. It is our home base. Since I teach in a Middle School, it is a challenge to have my students use google docs, so every assignment we do, the students turn in an attached file. This is great and cuts down on the paper, but it is getting tedious. I have to download and then open all attachments 70+. For this video project I am having the students use a wiki to post their work to. As they finish the segment they are working on, I am having them submit a link to the page that they put their work on to Moodle. This is wonderful and has made grading so much easier. I am trying to decide if I am going to have them reflect on a blog, or instead have them reflect directly on the wiki.
